When I went to Heather's she introduced me to this delicious little treat! You just do:
1/2 cup cut up strawberries
1/2 cup cut up bananas
1/4 coconut milk
1 little packet of Truvia sugar (or you could do a tsp of normal sugar)
I'm pretty sure it's only like 120 calories. It is seriously so yummy...and healthy too! Try it! You'll love it too! :)
