Crockpot Chicken and Rice

This is a VERY easy and delicious recipe that my family really likes.  My husband will even eat it as leftovers, and for us, this is HUGE! 

5-6 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1- 8 oz pkg of Cream Cheese
1 pkg Dry Italian Dressing
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

Let this cook in the crockpot for 5-6 hours.  About 30 minutes before you are ready to eat, make approximately 6 servings of rice.  Mix it into the crockpot and serve!  It is good to have with broccoli, beans, peaches and a roll.
