This is such a simple, healthy recipe, but oh so easy! I think you will enjoy the simplicity.
Ingredients needed:
Enough chicken breast to feed your family
Lemon pepper
Crock pot
(Yep, that easy!!)
Place the chicken breasts (a whole chicken works good too) in crock pot. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Halfway through turn chicken over. I also like to baste the chicken periodically with the juices in the bottom. Serve with rice.
I like to serve this with a spinach salad. We like to add mandarin oranges, feta cheese, baby spinach, cranberries or blueberries and poppy seed dressing.
