This is such a simple, healthy recipe, but oh so easy! I think you will enjoy the simplicity.
Ingredients needed:
Enough chicken breast to feed your family
Lemon pepper
Crock pot
(Yep, that easy!!)
Place the chicken breasts (a whole chicken works good too) in crock pot. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Halfway through turn chicken over. I also like to baste the chicken periodically with the juices in the bottom.
Baked Potato
These are so easy to make and delicious. Just scrub
as many potatoes as your family will eat. Either warp in aluminum foil,
or place directly on the racks in the oven. Bake at 250° for
about 2 hours, or 350° for about 1 hour.
Salad
There are really so many creative ways you can make a
salad so you are not eating the same boring thing all of the time. My
favorite is just to add dried cranberries, blueberries, and creamy poppyseed
dressing. Yum!
